We are a proud woman-run company with our CEO, Ms. Sunnie Joshi, at the helm.
We take great pride in empowering local Nepali women and employ 20 Nepali women at our processing facility. Within three months, from late 2021 to early 2022, NCC hired three women in management positions.
I hope to see more women involved in management in the industry, not just in the agricultural sector.
